Modes of payment
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option. Please ensure that your order is final and that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package, to help us avoid return-to-sender situations.

Delivery time
Working days include Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
Outside delivery zone locations, holidays, inclement weather or sale events can take additional days.
Track order
To get updates, tracking number will be provided after shipment. It takes 24-48 hrs for couriers to update the shipping information.
Unavailable to receive order
Customers can authorize someone to receive their package. Unclaimed packages after 3 attempts, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. Furthermore, the customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our warehouse and marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.
Returns and exchanges
We allow returns and exchanges for unused pairs in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.
